Pain

What explains or defines the word pain, is it pain of the body, the Earthly Temple. Our head hurts, our feet ache, we have a broken bone in our arm or our leg. We have difficulty in breathing, our heart which pumps the nutritious blood through our body, our home of flesh and bone. There are so many physical areas of pain, these we either learn to live with or we go to one of the many specialists in the medical profession and get it fixed. There is mental pain, not of the brain but of the thinking mind. Feelings which occupies many areas of our emotions, we hear a word or a phrase or a sentence whether it be directed to us personally or even past us, our thinking mind, our feeling area. It could be a word or words directed to another that makes us uncomfortable, makes us have pain, not as in a headache, not as in the brain area but in the mind area. Sometimes we do one of many things, we either withdraw, go into our cave to sit and lick our wounds, our hurt or we lash out, sometimes to a innocent bystander, most generally we lash out at one that we love. This mental pain is the most difficult to bear as it seems the pain of the Earthly Temple, the body, the house of flesh and bone, we can take a pill and make the hurt subside at least temporarily or we can go to the medical provider and most times he can fix it. The spiritual mind and heart, the parts that cannot be taken to a medical provider, the heart has a lot of emotional feeling occupants, usually the mind and the heart, the one produces the red ink from the Spirit, they share the same pain at the same time, not speaking of from without, from the exterior where all of this armor covers this flesh which protects us from lances and arrow points and daggers. We are not going to worry about the flesh but most times when the pain is in the Soul and the Spirit, mind and heart, we have had that lance or that dagger or that arrow point pierce us from the inside.

We have allowed that person or for that matter any living creature, creation of Grandfather occupying space here on Turtle Island, Mother Earth, we have allowed whatever it is to crawl inside our Earthly Temple. They have the ability to walk about, to love tenderly or to hurt terribly. In the case where we crawl into our little hole, go into our dark cave and weep, we not only crawl into that space of protection but we close the door and lock it from the inside, this way no one is allowed inside until we unlock the door and open it to either that one that has caused us pain or maybe to the rest of the world. We have taken time to think and to lick our wounds.

Pain of the heart can be of the same origin, words spoken, deeds, acts of how we have taken as ugly, not very nice. People have hurt us on purpose but have they really or did they really, absolutely intend to, or mean to, say what we thought we hear them say or in a lot of cases instead of reading ones lips to listen and hear, to look and see, to touch and feel, that is not meant touch and feel with the flesh, we are talking about touch and feel, look and see, listen and hear with the Soul and the Spirit. Do not read or attempt to read another's thoughts, read their lips, listen and hear, look into their eyes, look and see. You touch another's Spirit with your Soul, you touch another's Soul with your Spirit. All of this, all of this we can definitely separate the two, the difference between our Earthly abilities, our Earthly senses and all of these things sent down from the Heavenly Lodge, from the Wise Ones that sit in Council. Listen to Grandfather and the Holy Men, Medicine Men, the Great Warriors who have gone before us. The only fear in life here on Turtle Island as a human is that we are vulnerable to another of the flesh, of the human variety but if we are of the Spirit world, continue to only accept that which has come down the good path and the straight road from another light Spirit, if it is from a dark Spirit cast it away, turn your back both of the human and the Spirit world on this dark, black Spirit trying to pierce not just your flesh but your Soul, your emotions,

your thoughts.

Do not, do not allow your self whether it be that part of you with human Earthly feelings or that section that the space is taken by the Spirit, only what hurts you is what we allow to hurt us, another does not hurt us, another does not make us angry, another does not make us cry, we allow that to happen. If you do not allow it to happen close your hearing mind and heart, you shut the door to your looking and seeing soul and you touch and feel that it is going to be something you do not want in your house, do not allow it. No human of this Turtle Island, of Mother Earth, makes us do anything, we allow them to do whatever to us. Join hands spiritually and if it takes all of the light force Spirits that one can gather to close the door and lock it, not against your friends or loved ones but against these dark ugly creatures from without. If it takes all of the light force Spirit power to close and lock that door, join hands and we all will help you lock that door from the inside. Then we have a special knock or a password, we slide open a little window in the door and if we want to let them in we open the door, if we do not want to allow them in then we close the little window and do not unlock that door to the ugly side.

Always, always remember put your trust and your faith in your highest power. Look to the Heavens for support in all that you do, all that you think, all that you feel, everything that you see. Touch with love, look with appreciation and hear the beautiful songs coming down from those that look over us, the ones that guard us and guide us.
