Appreciation Of Life
~~~~~~~~~~~
We all go through life not really knowing what it is all about. We spend all of our minutes,
hours, days, weeks, months,
years here on Earth wishing we were someone else, wishing we were somewhere else. Do we
actually appreciate every breath that we take, every time our hearts beat. Do we ever stop to think how delicate and wonderful
life really is. There is too much of this, there is not enough of that, it is an endless journey to nowhere but if we would
only take day by day what we have been given, live, live in total tranquility with our minds, our soul, our body, our thoughts,
our emotions. Many of us do not realize how precious life is until that last breath, until that last heart beat, we do not,
do not exist upon this Earth, we live, we live as we see, as we feel, as we think, as we allow ourselves to live, let's always
look in a positive vision of what each day has brought to us. The privilege and pleasure of opening our eyes after a sleep,
after a rest to make our minds and bodies, hearts, our Soul refreshed for a new day of life, not just existence. Existence
is the non appreciation of tranquility, tranquility of our lake of smoothness, our skies of blue, our calm winds, the warmth
of the sun, our thoughts towards our fellow humans, our fellow creatures, brother birds, sister fish, the appreciation of
Mother Earth, of Mother Nature herself. We live upon this Earth as chosen ones, we are not just inadvertently hatched from
an egg, we are placed as living, breathing individuals upon this Earth to live, to live, to live. However we decide to look
upon the grass, prairie, however we vision leaves on a tree, if it is too wet, too windy, too dry, calm, that is what has
been given to us. We should appreciate whatever has been given and receive it with all welcomeness.
Tranquility is to have the ability to relax, feel our heart beat in a nice rhythm, a nice
pace. We need to get out not only of our house of sticks and stones but get out of our house of flesh and bones. Take our
heart that not only produces life for the nourishment of our bodies but the red ink for our Spirit. Let us appreciate the
salt and sweet tears of our soul, life is not perfect but life is good, to live in tranquility with ourselves and say to ourselves,
it is stormy I will appreciate the thunder and the lightning. I will look at each bolt, each flash and say how beautiful it
is. Listen to each clap of thunder as a melody from the sky, each breath of air not just from our lungs but from the sky,
listen to the depth of where that breath comes from, the duration of that breath, the softness with the power. This is not
only winds from the sky once upon the Earth but winds from our very lungs, our very inward body. Each beat of a drum a heartbeat,
each day is a blessing. We are allowed, we are pleasured, privileged to awaken each day whether it be early morning, midday,
evening, go about our task whatever it may be.
Have food to eat, something to drink, nourishment to put into our precious, precious bodies
that some neglect. Some abuse themselves then they wonder why that they only have an existence and not a life. Life is the
vision through your eyes, through the tips of your fingers, through each breath, through the smells, the tastes, the nectars,
the sounds of the birds, the rustling of the leaves. Tranquility the satisfaction of life, life is such a beautiful thing,
many of us never, never once appreciate truly into the depths of our Spirit and Soul, each breath, each heartbeat, each day,
each moment in the roadway, each task, never appreciate any of these things until we have them no longer, until we have drawn
our last breath, until we have felt our last heartbeat. There is no appreciation until all is gone.
To the last of our heartbeat, to the last sight to our eyes, to the last sound that enters
into our hearing mind, the world of tranquility can be ours if we just appreciate our life. The very fact that we can walk
upon the Earth even if we do not have the ability to walk, we have the ability to move about, observe. Does it take death
to bring about tranquility, to bring on peace of mind, to bring on happiness. We are given life to appreciate, to live life
to its fullest. Do not have the attitude that this is only an existence, do not feel that you have been neglected. Appreciate
your mind, appreciate your vision, taste the nectars, smell the sweet blossoms, hear the sounds of nature, press your hands
to your chest, to your heart, feel its very beat, feel each breath that you take into the depths of your lungs as it gently
flows out, as you breath back in to bring the necessary nutrition from the air we breathe into our bodies. Lie down in a meadow,
the grass, reach out and touch the leaves of nature, reach out and touch an animals fur, touch the warmth of their body, reach
out and touch another human being, hold everything close, close and secure within your arms, in your hands, within your vision,
within everything that we have been given, we have not bought or begged or borrowed. We have been given life, appreciate life,
appreciate each and every blessing and when you do cross over to go to the other side you will go to the other side with a
smile on your face to meet your God, your Grandfather, your Great Spirit, your Mohammed, your Buddha, your higher or highest
power, your creator. Cross over with a smile on your face that the time spent upon this Earth, this Mother Earth with Mother
Nature and all of the brothers and sisters, living, breathing, plants and animals.
..You Have Lived..
..You Have Lived In Tranquility..
